First 25 participants to receive exclusive Santa Ana-signature tattoos at Good Daze Tattoo on July 17

In celebration of National Tattoo Day, Travel Santa Ana is partnering with Good Daze Tattoo to honor the city's vibrant arts and culture by giving away free Santa Ana signature tattoos to the first 25 participants who choose from four exclusive flash designs inspired by the city's creative identity.

Held annually on July 17, National Tattoo Day celebrates tattooing as an enduring art form, a powerful means of personal expression, and a cultural tradition that spans generations. The partnership reflects Santa Ana's reputation as Orange County's creative heart, where public art, local artists, independent businesses, and cultural experiences shape the city's unique identity.

Flash Tattoo Event

On Thursday, July 17, Good Daze Tattoo will host a special flash-tattoo event from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring exclusive designs priced between $150 and $300.

As part of the celebration, Travel Santa Ana will cover the full cost of one of the four official Santa Ana signature tattoos for the first 25 guests who select an exclusive design.

Tattoos will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants can choose from four original Santa Ana signature designs created by celebrated local artists:

  • Brian Peterson
  • Alicia Rojas
  • Aki Tsuneizumi

Each design reflects the city's artistic energy and celebrates the diverse voices that continue to shape Santa Ana's cultural landscape.

Participants are encouraged to arrive early, as free tattoos are limited to the first 25 qualifying guests.
