Owner, Mission Bar

Q: Where were you born?

A: I was born in Long Beach, California, but grew up in Orange County.

Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?

A: I am a paralegal by trade and attended school in Australia.

Q: What is unique about your business?

A: What sets Mission Bar apart is its laid-back ambiance, complete with two pool tables and a jukebox, providing a perfect backdrop for enjoying a diverse selection of craft beers and wines. Additionally, the business stands out with its dynamic calendar of events and entertainment, ranging from lively karaoke nights to nostalgic vinyl nights and even themed house and cumbia nights.

Q: What inspired you to open your business?

A: Mission Bar was founded by two friends who shared a love for craft beer and good times. They were deterred by the steep prices other bars charged for their favorite drinks, believing that great beers should be shared among friends without causing financial strain on those enjoying them.

Q: What recommendation do you have for visitors?

A: I recommend that visitors walk down the streets. There’s shopping, food, and restaurants for everybody. Come to Mission Bar; we serve some of the best Micheladas in town.
