A: I used to work as a craps dealer in Las Vegas, dealing with games like blackjack and roulette.

A: What sets our business apart is the unique feature of our ever-changing seasonal menu, which includes a dynamic selection of beverages, including over 350 whiskeys, scotches, bourbons, ryes, and a curated collection from boutique and small wineries with whom we proudly partner.
Q: What inspired you to open your business?
A: I was inspired to open my business by my love for food and the social aspect of going out. There's something special about sitting down with family, trying new dishes, exploring diverse menu items, and enjoying drinks while catching up. This passion for the culinary experience and the joy of shared moments motivated me to create a space where others could also appreciate these aspects of dining and socializing.

A: If you haven't visited Santa Ana yet, you'll find a delightful brunch scene to explore. Take a leisurely walk-through Downtown on Saturdays and Sundays and admire the beautiful historic buildings in the area.
