John Wayne Airport 

John Wayne Airport (SNA), owned and operated by the County of Orange, is located two miles from several of Santa Ana's hotels. The airport is served by eight commercial and commuter airlines, including Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, Sun Country, United, and WestJet, offering over 40 nonstop flights. Many of the local hotels offer complimentary airport shuttle service.

Rental Cars
​On-site rental car companies offer convenient services at the Terminal. Rental car counters are located on the Arrival (lower) Level, between Terminals A and B, across from the John Wayne statue. Rental car pick-up and return is located on the lower level of Parking Structures A2 and B2 accessible from the Ground Transportation Center,

Metrolink’s service from L.A. Union Station travels directly to Santa Ana to EXPLORE, and features special promotional offers such as the Kids Ride Free Weekends deal, the $10 Weekend Day Pass, and the 5-Day-Flex Pass option. Metrolink also offers everyday discounts for passengers with disabilities, active military, students, and seniors. There are hundreds of additional transit connections riders can make with their valid Metrolink ticket including city bus, shuttle bus, light rail, and subway lines.

OC Streetcar

Trackwork continues along the project route with activities including 24-hour lane closures, parking closures, and pedestrian detours. All businesses remain open and accessible. OC Streetcar is the first modern streetcar project to be built in Orange County and will serve Santa Ana’s historic and thriving downtown, which includes federal, state, and local courthouses, government offices, colleges, an artists’ village, and a thriving restaurant scene. It will operate along a 4.15-mile route that connects the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center and a new transit hub at Harbor Boulevard and Westminster Avenue in Garden Grove.

 

The Toll Roads

The Toll Roads are the largest toll road network in California, totaling 51 miles and accounting for more than 20 percent of Orange County highways. Developed and operated by Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), the network is comprised of the 73, 133, 241, and 261 Toll Roads.

The Toll Roads Rates and Payment
Cash tolling is no longer accepted on The Toll Roads, but there are now new ways to pay. Drivers can pay tolls with FasTrak® an ExpressAccount® or use One-Time-Toll®.

One-Time-Toll is the ideal choice for out-of-town visitors and infrequent users of The Toll Roads. No account necessary – users drive the 73, 133, 241, or 261 Toll Roads anytime, day or night, then pay within 5 days after driving on The Toll Roads. Drivers can pay online or by using The Toll Roads app.
